Great Circle Tour of America - Leg 2
The second leg of the Great Circle Tour of America begins next week.
My friend Mike and I will be riding from Chicago to Maine, over the top of New York, Vermont, and New Hampshire to Bar Harbour, taking a right turn down the coast and shooting down to Atlanta, GA. We will mostly stick to secondary roads, including the Blue Ridge Parkway and legendary Tail of the Dragon.
We will be riding our heavily-loaded Harleys for weeks hoping to raise awareness of the enduring problem of hunger in America, especially among America's children. It seems we could end this if we would but try.
